COVID-19 Safety Protocol

At a Pure Light Laser Skin & Body Clinic we are taking every precaution available to us to keep you protected. We have taken the necessary steps to protect you at Pure Light Laser Clinic.

  • Co-ordinated safe social distancing in the front end of our clinic
  • Everyone that enters the clinic must wear a mask and disinfect their hands
  • Sanitization of treatment rooms after every appointment
  • Regular deep sanitization of the entire clinic
  • Limited 2 practitioner scheduled only to ensure safe numbers in the clinic
  • Minimized the waiting area and now sending you to a treatment room upon arrival (please do not arrive too early for your appointment )
  • Safe distancing when consulting in our individual rooms and no talking while doing treatments in the room unless safe distancing can take place.

Should the health officials change any policy in the future our policy will change to follow the guidelines provided

Criteria for In-Office Appointments

We are available for in-office appointments for patients who have not:

  • Experienced respiratory symptoms which include shortness of breath, fever, dry cough, and fatigue in the last 14 days.
  • Traveled by plane outside of Canada or in Canada in the last 14-days
  • Travelled outside of Canada
  • Been in contact with someone who has COVID-19
  • If you work in long term care facilities or emergency in the hospital or COVID unit in the hospital please contact us so we can review our guidelines with you
